Multicall : Several Calls At One Time

Solution:

On the 3300, you have Single line and Multicall.

If you want to handle more than one call at a time INCOMING, you will have to create a multicall appearance for the same extension number for as many buttons as you need.

When you'll receive a call, all of the multicall keys ring/flash at the same time.
This is normal. There is no way you can make them light up one at a time because they were all meant to flash this way.

On the 3300 all the buttons will flash until the call is answered then only the light for the button in use will be on.[MULTICALL]
