Message Light Keeps Flicking After Deleting Messages

Solution:

The are few solutions outlined below:

- Look for Multiline set- callback erasure allowed COS option (or something like that). Then use message or superkey to read messages and delete the message. Also should be able to call the sender of the callback message and the lamp will clear when they answer.

- If this does work, use feature access code to de-activate message light on phone. This should do the trick.
